Retail Direct is committed to protecting its information assets by deploying information security controls that minimise the impact of any security incident.
To create, maintain, and continually improve the Information Security Management System, and to achieve this objective, we ensure the following:

1. Confidentiality and integrity of information are maintained through a systematic process.
2. Business continuity plans are established, maintained, and tested.
3. Risks to all corporate assets (tangible, intangible, and human) are assessed, appropriate controls are implemented against all risks, and mitigation and contingency plans are defined.
4. All corporate assets, including tangible, intangible, and human assets, are maintained in a secure and safe environment.
5. A conducive work environment is provided for all staff, free from accidental and occupational hazards.
6. All personnel are trained in information security practices, roles, and responsibilities.
7. The effectiveness of the ISMS is continuously monitored and improved.
8. All applicable legal and contractual requirements are fulfilled.
